It’s how the seller takes care of issues that matters in the long run. To be honest with you, I was initially unimpressed with this item because of a very small thing … one of the machine screws holding part of the frame together hadn’t ever been installed, and another one had been forced so that the threads were messed up on it and it wasn’t properly installed. We’re talking about somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 cents worth of hardware here, and the fact that it wasn’t right was discovered while setting it up intending to use it for an afternoon…
Almost the perfect canopy. Im mostly happy with this item. It seems pretty stout, the canvas is pretty thick, and it looks pretty dang good when set up. My only issue is one of the plastic connectors was broke upon opening the box. The item is heavy so Im thinking it was probably dropped in shipping as the packaging isnt sufficient for the weight.Edit: seller has contacted me, on a Sunday, and provided a picture to identify the broken part.
