All of our acacia hardwood is harvested using only nature-friendly practices & then transported to our private mill where we control every step of the drying, cutting & finishing process. Any moisture that would cause cracks & warping is pulled from the wood through our high-tech kiln, then cut, planed, routed, drilled & sanded through our precise, computer numeric control process. After passing through our quality control, it is deep-oiled to hold that beautiful, dense acacia grain & help withstand any further water penetration. So, when you complete the few minutes of minimal assembly, you can be assured that it will easily fit together & stay tight & square, without any uneven or wobbly parts for years to come.

For strength, beauty & durability through all kinds of weather, we chose renewable acacia wood. Its dense grain will keep your Sunset Garden outdoor furniture tight, sturdy & beautiful for years to come with minimal maintenance. (After washing with soap & water, Rub on a light coating of linseed, teak or Danish oil.) or, allow the wood to naturally turn into a silver, Grey patina.

To prevent any hardware rust & corrosion, each piece of hardware from Sunset Garden has been protected with a 5-layer zinc galvanization process. the cushions on your Biscayne set have also been designed for outdoor livability. These low-profile cushions are quick drying so that you can use them soon after a summer shower. Taupe cushion covers can easily be slipped off & machine-washed for that occasional spill or seasonal cleaning.
