I ordered Abba Forest Green umbrella is not Sunbrella Fabric I ordered Sunbrella Forest Green Umbrellas on Amazon from Abba and when I recieved them they were not Sunbrella fabric. I know Sunbrella Fabric for I have had cushions made out of the Sunbrella Fabric in Forest Green and they have lasted for 20 years out in all kinds of weather and they still look great. Sunbrella or Polyester? The patio umbrella I ordered for my Florida home was described as Sunbrella fabric. I read many of the reviews prior to ordering. The umbrella is clearly labeled with a Sunbrella tag stitched into the canopy. The problem is the fabric does not feel like Sunbrella. The manufacturer catalog enclosed with the umbrella only displayed polyester fabric umbrellas. I contacted the “order filled by” and received a message that the umbrella is in fact Sunbrella. Nice product we love them We bought 3 late last year. Nice product we love them. However we did have a problem with one. The handle assembly where it attaches inside break while working the umbrella not its titled position. We contacted Abba directly there response was prompt and when they understood the umbrellas handle couldn’t be repaired, they replaced the umbrella promptly. All products have failures what really matters is when those issues happen how does the company selling that product handle the problem. Abba…
