Good quality and it comes with a base. There are several of these umbrellas out there but this one came with the base and I’m glad it did because I don’t think I would’ve been able to find one heavy enough to hold this umbrella. The base is 28″ x 28″ and it comes with two sand bags (sand not included). It also comes with a cover (not shown here) to hide the sand bags.
