Packaged very well for a heavy item no damage inside at all and they arrived early. Definitely follow the rules about not tightening screws until you find out if they balance at the end. They were not far out by leaving screws loose but decided to balance them by me sitting in the chair while husband tightened all the screws going around the chair, rather than doing the drop the chair to…
