these chairs are a nice smooth metal These are really nice, we got the antique black and it matched perfect with our oiled bronze hardware through out our house. Installation was super easy just 5 screws on each barstool. I will have to say the seat isnât quite comfortable the reason for the 4 stars. If you are sitting up more towards the front of the seat and not resting on the back itâs ok.. but if you sit all the way back it kind of hurts. But they do have a very cute look and add that modern farmhouse I was going for. I did…
