They made it right. I originally left a pretty negative review. The canopy was too small and did not fit without the seams starting to rip. I contacted the seller and asked them to send me a new canopy as mine was defective. They wrote back and said they’d do that and would send the fastest possible way. Frame broke after the first rain. Updated review: great customer service The frame broke beyond repair after the first rain event after setting this up on my patio. This was purchased to protect my table and chairs and grill from sun and rain. All the velcro tabs were secured to the frame and the fabric was tight. Water still gathered on the canopy and collapsed the frame. One a side note, the canopy fabric held up quite nicely during wind and rain.
