Really nice cart! This cart is really sturdy; and except for the plastic insert in the top, it is exactly as pictured and very pretty. (I’m using the brown side of the plastic–as another reviewer suggested. And I actually like the plastic. For our purposes, it’s better than a glass insert would have been because it’s lighter and unbreakable. There are metal supports beneath this top so it’s very strong.) the piece is wonderful. It looks beautiful The top insert is just a piece of rectangle plastic. It is silver metallic on one side and brown on the other. I assume the silver side is supposed to be the side that shows, but it looks so tacky and cheap that we are using it brown side up. Other than that, the piece is wonderful. It looks beautiful.
