I was glad I got this one instead of one of the others . after seeing it, it is so much sturdier then the other ones I’ve seen, even in Home Depot. One of the biggest things you need to look for on a fire pit is how sturdy the legs are. If there is a single piece of metal sticking out in three or four places, that’s not a sturdy leg. It has to be either formed with a bend in it or bent in an L shape to be sturdy. In Florida, we have a lot of humidity…
The first time I used my fire pit I had a back yard cigar party for my birthday. My friends loved it. They were shocked when I told them I am also able to barbecue on it using the extra rack it came with. They looked at the pit again with their mouths dropped. We enjoy sitting around this fire pit with friends and family. We love cooking corn on the cob with the grate that is provided. A ledge around the sides are perfect for resting skewers for roasting marshmallows. It’s attractive star design allows airflow. The fire pit is heavy enough and the material that it is made of will be long lasting. The only downside is a cover is not included.
