After numerous hours of searching for the original, I concluded that it was no longer available. I took a chance and ordered this one. After 6 happy years with our Costco purchased AZ Tall Patio Heater we couldn’t light the torch. I read through reviews but did not see anything regarding the 4 Bolts heater. We took a chance and ordered the 6 bolt replacement kit. I uploaded photos of the part number and style of heater we have.The 6 bolt burner assembly was easy to install and the holes were a perfect fit for our 4 bolt unit.
