Protection from light & dew… in an exceptionally well thought-out design. While I realize ThinkTank designed this for day-use… I use mine at night. I do astrophotography and at night, the air cools and you get dew falling on the gear. Also, if you’re doing imaging at events with other astro-images, they appreciate you shielding the screen so they don’t lose their dark-adapted night vision. I love my Pixel Sunscreen Please add a star for smaller laptops; but if you’re planning to use this to reduce glare in an office environment, for a computer that’s going to be operating at capacity most of the day – it’s basically useless.
