Worst cover ever! Purchased this product to protect bedswings on my front and back porches. While the cushions of my swings are high end waterproof outdoor fabrics . . . when they do get drenched by a storm . . . you still need to remove the inserts and dry out the fabric for a few days. This is a nuisance to me. So . . . . I cover the entire porchswing. If it rains and the winds push the rain under and onto the porch (and bedswing), these covers protect the cushions.My front swing (in pictures)…
Cracked…barely lasted 2 years 🙁 This so-called “weatherproof” outdoor sofa cover is the worst I have ever had. At first I thought we had leaks because someone was removing the cover incorrectly and maybe water dripped on the cushions during removal, but even with the utmost care we still got water inside. After a recent rainstorm the sofa got so wet that the dye from the blue accent cushions stained the natural seat cushions of the outdoor sofa. What a BAD product! I’ve owned this since June 2013. I purchased it from Amazon.com. I used this during the summer time “ONLY” as I store away my patio furniture at the begging of fall. After just 2 summers (end of summer 2014), the very thing they said won’t happen is what happened: “UV-treated to withstand sun exposure; won’t crack in cold or come off in wind”.
