I love it. It’s definitely water resistant For the most part, I love it. It’s definitely water resistant, but not water proof, and will absorb and rain that sits on it. I sat on it after a rain because it appeared dry, but I was very wrong lol. I like the appearance and functionality of it overall, however I do wish it was a bit wider (as in comes forward more.) this covers the length of my bench, however, when I tied it on insas left with about 3 inches of my bench exposed in the front, so it looked a little silly.
