I like the handles which is convenient for removal. There is even a pocket in the back for small items like your cell or sunglasses. Really nice weight. Love the hugging straps at the bottom. Stays on in the windiest conditions. Covers the entire chair. Water rolls off/beads off.Our previous chair covers were light weight and had a pouch that attached to the back of the chair, so that cover could be stuffed into when not in use.
