It’s pretty hard to screw these up, they are very simple and very basic, but serve an awesome purpose, for me atleast. I choose to use them with my Holiday lights display outside my home. The plastic clips you can buy at home improvement stores just don’t hold up well through the season and seem to never hold up.I have purchased these before, but this time there seems to be a higher defect rate. As previous posters stated they are cheaply made. Out of the ones we received about 20-30 of them are questionable as far as whether they will be able to be used. The construction is surely not quality. I understand we only paid $5 or $6 but we needed them for employee badges so we need them to stay together. The clips don’t align, the spring to open and close the clip seems like most of them are about to pop off, the pins that hold the clip together are definitely too long and the metal post…
