Not 12 feet long! “Install in concrete only!” As mentioned previously the directions aren’t great, but they aren’t as bad as some say. However my biggest gripe is that the awning isn’t 12′ x 10′. The Frame itself is only 11′ 8″ and the awning fabric only spans 11′ 3″! Also, the directions and hardware are for only attaching to a concrete wall. Who is attaching this to a concrete wall? I came up with a way to use 4 – 3/8″ hanger bolts and some spacers to install this on my vinyl sided house. I expect stuff from china to have…
