That sounded like it would be just the thing I needed for hanging holiday lights! I wanted something that was small and secure to blend in with the white painted window trimming. Small hook (1.25″ top to bottom) The hook turned out to be smaller than I imagined and they were too small for my original purpose. However, they are very nice hooks and found many uses for them, so I am not sorry I got them.Here is information on their size: the entire hook is 1.25″, the screw portion is 3/8″, the opening of the hook is 1/2″.These hooks are easy to install. I drill a small pilot hole and then just turn the hook by hand. I used them to support a variety of the items, the…
GREAT for Christmas lights and hanging Globe string lights. Looks great and most likely won’t rust I love how these blend into the background of my white-painted, house wood trim. I screwed these in for my Christmas lights. A box of these (30 pieces) was enough to hang 2 strands of lights from one side of the house, across the 2-car garage, the other side of the house, and about another length equivalent to a 3-car garage.I used these hooks for my patio globe string lights as well (yes, bought a 2nd box of 30 pieces.)Because these are vinyl covered, these hooks should…
