Very new,very clean and is of great quality.They are sturdy but not heavy. The chairs are comfortable and swivel as well as rock. It’s well constructed, easy to assemble (fire pit table only) and looks like quality furniture.It takes about 30 pounds of glass to fill the fire pit, so add that cost into the price (ours was about $100).
