I contacted Wayfair (the seller) thru Amazon the same day. I received the replacement parts, Wayfair shipped via FedEx express, two days later. They are one of the most responsive customer service organizations that I have ever dealt with.The tent took about 2 1/2 hrs to set up, with the help of a friend.
