These simple “pads” with short legs are a great way to keep pots off of the floor either indoors or out. I have gotten complements from everyone who comes into our new kitchen. They pop out against a grey tile floor, and the pots I have on them are the same color as these pads. Note that they are not solid so when watering, either have an appropriately sized dish underneath the pot or use a “pot within a pot” system, where a larger pot that does not have a hole in the bottom…
I was looking for plant trivets everywhere and Amazon delivered as usual. I got some nice ones at a big box hardware store a few years ago and they apparently no longer carry them. These fit the bill nicely and are resizable, which has pluses and minuses. The plus is obviously that you can size them down (duh) the minus is that they are less attractive because the webbed design can be resized easily.These are advertised as being good for carpet protection, but they seriously aren’t…
